HotDog had a preschool program with a barnyard theme and his teacher asked me to make some animal cupcakes. See horses, pigs and sheep here.

Cupcaking is such an underrated art form. These are fantastic!
Your cupcakes are rad! Totally too cute to eat. I can't believe more people haven't commented on them. I agree with chicken little, cupcaking is an underrated art form. You could give Duff from Ace of Cakes a run for his money, but in miniature.
Have you considered other cupcake sets, like the Simpsons Family or the Muppets?
